Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use ROBIN. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect or upload relationship data you do not have the right to share.
• Use ROBIN in a way that breaks the terms of any network you connect to it, including LinkedIn.
• Use the data in ROBIN for spam, harassment, or bulk unsolicited outreach.
• Resell the service, scrape it, or try to reverse engineer or disrupt it.

ROBIN is built for warm introductions. Using it as a cold-outreach list builder is a misuse of it and grounds for us closing your account.

Your data

Your workspace data stays yours. You give us the permission we need to host and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it to serve other customers.

Availability

ROBIN is an early product and is provided "as is". We do not promise a particular uptime, and features may change or be removed as we build. We will give reasonable notice before making a change that significantly reduces what you rely on.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ROBIN and delete your workspace whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ROBIN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

ROBIN surfaces suggestions based on your team's data. You are responsible for deciding who to contact and how.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you directly if a change materially affects you.
